When she opened the order, the quality and quantity were both extremely disappointing. She mentioned, "I’m extremely dissatisfied with this lipstick. The texture is rough, making it hard to apply evenly. For the price, this product is not at all worth it, and I definitely won’t be purchasing again. Very disappointing!" Additionally, the support service has been very poor. They have not responded within the promised turnaround time, and I haven't received any communication from their end either. This experience has been frustrating and frustratingly unprofessional.
